Terms of website use
This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.ciclosol.com (our site), whether as a guest or a registered user. www.ciclosol.com is a site operated by CicloSol ("We"). We are based in Hainault, Essex, UK.

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

·         For statistical purposes when we evaluate our range of services
·         To keep you updated via email, about our services if you want us to stay in touch with you

In order to provide you with your cycling holiday we share some of your information with:

·         The hotel accommodation you have chosen
·         The transfer company

 5.         Transfers outside the UK and Europe

Your information will be stored within the UK and EEA. We may transfer your information outside the UK and/or EEA when using mail and storing information within Dropbox.

Where information is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we ensure that there are adequate passwords and safeguards in place to protect your information in accordance with this notice. 

6.         Security

When you give us information we take steps to make sure that your personal information is kept secure and safe.  All electronically held information is password protected and hard copy information is securely filed.

7.         How long we will keep your information?

We review our data retention periods regularly and will only hold your personal data for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as required by law.
